Key Holding

When you have a second home on the Costa Blanca South, it often happens that your home is uninhabited for a short or long period.
When you are staying abroad, it is nice to know that there is someone in Spain who looks after your home.
During a monthly check, we ensure that your home is safe and that everything continues to work properly. A small simple example is flushing your toilet. This prevents unpleasant odours and your plumbing continues to work normally. After a lot of equipment has been idle for a long time, it is always the question whether it still functions properly when you return to your home.

Monthly check:
* Flushing toilets
* Checking electrical appliances
* Check for pests
* Airing the house
* Emptying the mailbox
* Opening the door for work by third parties
* Welcoming your guests, family or tenants

At the above mentioned reception we will address the following points:
* Finding your way around the home
* Collecting deposit
* Handing over the key
* Recording of the electricity or gas meter
* Complete the final check upon departure of guests or family
* Check the property for defects after the guests/tenants have left
* Take back the key
* Return deposit if everything is in order
* Reading the electricity or gas meter after departure of guests/tenants

For further information we would be pleased to hear from you.
